| About the Flight Operations Spreadsheet (FLIGHT OPS) ... |
All QFI, students, new members,
The FLIGHT OPS spreadsheet is operational and a needed tool to check BEFORE you connect to the RAFvirtual flightserver. You will find it on the pages of 1ETFS - 1FTS - 2FTS - 3FTS - 4FTS.
It will show all CFS Airframes, their location and remaining flight hours, as well as Student progress, for all FTS's
Please check the sheet prior to each flight
Airframes will show a priority in the first column,
QFI's and Students to take the lowest priority airframe available i.e. Priority 1 then 2 and so on.
Any airframe in current use will be displayed in Yellow with the pilot name in the appropriate column, so take the next priority airframe.
Any airframe undergoing maintenance at this time will be displayed in RED and must not be used.
The Student Progress sheet will be maintained to show the last sortie flown by each student so that it will be easier for QFI's to know where the training is at and what's the next sortie should be.
Some of you will already be familiar with this type of spreadsheet, but if you have questions regarding this, I will of course be available to answer them.
